Hardware / Plumbing Associate ~ ($15-$17/hr, 18+)

  • Duties and Responsibilities
    • Assist Customers in finding the right products for them.
    • Stock and merchandise shelves; keeping displays faced and organized at all time.
    • Perform in store Services: Filling Propane, Cut & Thread Pipe, & Cut Keys.
    • Assist customers in other departments of the store when needed.
  • Experience
    • Experience and basic familiarity with plumbing, electrical, and hardware.
    • Friendly and efficient customer service.
    • Candidates must be able to work well with others and take direction.
    • Experience in retail preferred.

Paint / Gardening Associate ~ ($15-$17/hr, 18+)

  • Duties and Responsibilities
    • Assist Customers in finding the right products for them.
    • Stock and merchandise shelves; keeping displays faced and organized at all time.
    • Organize back stock and stock shelves.
    • Assist customers in other departments of the store when needed.
    • Perform in store Services: Cut Keys and Mix Paint.
  • Experience
    • Experience with Gardening, paint, or power tools preferred.
    • Friendly and efficient customer service.
    • Candidates must be able to work well with others and take direction.
    • Experience in retail preferred.

Data Entry / Systems Inventory Management~ ($16-$18/hr, 18+)

  • Duties and Responsibilities
    • Finalize purchase orders to update quantity on hand.
    • Use Epicor tools to reconcile stated inventory with actual.
    • Upload and update pricing based on given programs.
  • Experience
    • Experience with Epicor or data entry preferred,
    • Basic familiarity with excel.
    • This position would best suit someone who enjoys being proactive and adaptable.
  • Training will be provided.

Fishing Associate ($15/hr, 18+)

  • Duties and Responsibilities
    • Assist Customers and be knowledgeable about local fisheries and the best products to use.
    • Stock and merchandise shelves; keeping displays faced and organized at all time.
    • Line reels and be able to recommend the appropriate line based on Trustworthy Hardware’s training.
    • Issue fishing licenses and hunting tags.
  • Experience
    • Looking for a friendly and upbeat individual who enjoys working with customers.
    • Multi-tasking is a priority in this position.
    • Candidates must be able to work well with others and take direction.
    • Experience in retail preferred.

Box Boys/Girls ~ Minimum Wage (15+)

  • Duties and Responsibilities
    • Keep the sales floor clean and tidy at all times
      • This will include sweeping, mopping, dusting, and taking out trash.
    • Assist with Customer Carry outs
      • Must be able to lift 50+ pounds
    • Assist in merchandising projects with direct supervision.
  • Experience
    • No experience required.
    • This is a great entry level position for high school students looking for a beginner job. This job will teach individuals foundational skills for the work force.
