2020 Derby Prize Qualification
Adult Division (Ages 13+)
- First Place prizes will be awarded to the largest fish in each of the following categories: Rainbow Trout, Dolly Varden / Arctic Char, Grayling, Lake Trout, Landlocked Salmon,Burbot, Whitefish
- There will be a Women’s First Place prize
- Royal Flush Division Qualification: Must catch & enter one of each of the first-place division species. The winner will be chosen by a total weight of the largest fish of each species entered
Weekly Winners
- Each week of the derby, there is a specific fish category
- Whoever catches and brings in the largest fish in said category during the week (this fish must be caught during the designated week to qualify)
Week 1- Grayling
Week 2- Kokanee
Week 3- Rainbow Trout
Week 4- Dolly Varden
Week 5- Biggest Fish
Kids Division (Ages 12 & under)
- First Place prizes will be awarded to the largest fish in each of the following species: Rainbow Trout, Dolly Varden/Arctic Char, Lake Trout, Grayling, Landlocked Salmon
- In addition to first place prizes, 10 honorable mention awards will be awarded
- Grand Slam (Kids & Minnows) Division Qualification: Catch & enter one of each of the first-place division species. All Grand Slam qualifiers will receive prizes!
Minnow Division (Ages 6 & under)
- All Minnow division 6yrs & under will receive a prize when they bring in fish
- 1St -10th place largest fish will be awarded (One entry per each species per Minnow will be awarded)
- Grand Slam (Kids & Minnows) Division Qualification: Catch & enter one of each of the first-place division species. All Grand Slam qualifiers will receive prizes!
Catch and Release Derby
- First Place will be awarded to Adult, Womens, and Kids
- This has been updated from last year, as length will not be the only qualifier. The greatest emphasis will be placed on ethical release, in combination with picture and length of fish
